See India pictures on pew at rear of the sanctuary We are nearing the end of our journey through the life of Moses. It’s been an eventful 120 years.  But the time has come for God to appoint his successor.  Although Moses was clearly disappointed about not being able to enter the Promised Land, he understood that a strong leader was essential for the people to enter the land God had promised them. One day several years ago I was taking my son to a meeting in Omaha from his home in Lincoln, and I ran across a muffler in the inside lane of Interstate 80. But when I made it to the tire store, I discovered, “no more road hazard warranty.” There are no road hazard warranties in the Christian life either.  But we can be sure we will encounter hazards along the road, just as Moses did on the road from Mount Sinai to the promised land. ******* Stewardship is an importa
